He worked fulltime at Halle’s while attending Cleveland State and still managed to maintain a “B” average. Born March 31, 1945, he was very concerned about his place in the world and felt it was his duty to serve in Vietnam. The Dimagards have another son, Patrick. His parents were later notified that their son, had been awarded the Silver Star Medal for gallantry in action, the Bronze Star Medal, the Purple Heart Medal and the Combat Infantryman Badge. 1Lt.
