Long John Hoskins vs Joltin’ John McKnight warming up for West Point’s Brigade Boxing Finals – 178lb Pound Title – 1965. In a bruising contest, Joltin’ John’s pummeling attack ultimately  wore down his fierce competitor.   McKnight became one of the Army’s pre-eminent snipers in Viet Nam and as a Captain, he resigned in 1976 to become a lawyer
